We were awarded a major part of the contract for a Student Accommodation project for CNM Estates in Kingston Upon Thames consisting of 130 self-contained rooms with kitchenettes and shower pods.
Our Client had a strict deadline and we were able to deliver within the agreed timeslot.
The project was successfully bought to conclusion in time for the academic year for the students to take residence.
Grand Sapphire Hotel and Banqueting Hall
Jan 2014 – August 2015
We were awarded a Contract for the conversion and refurbishment of a dilapidated office building into a 40 room hotel room together with a new Banqueting Hall with a capacity of a 1,000 guests.
The contract was completed on time and within the allocated budget.
Eastwood St, SW16
Feb 2016 – July 2016
A contract was awarded to Benross for a project with loft, rear extension and a complete refurbishment for Nodia Properties to convert a 3 Bedroom Terraced house into a 5 Bedroom luxury high specification family home.
The property achieved the distinction of becoming the first £1,000,000 house on its street and was under offer within 5 weeks for £1,050,000.

Dec 2014 – July 2016
We were awarded a contract for a property in derelict condition and suffering subsidence. We added a loft conversion and the upper parts were converted into a One bedroom flat and one Two bedroom flat together with a ground floor rear extension for the commercial unit which we overhauled and underpinned and left in a shell condition for Foxtons Estate Agents shopfitters. This project was for our clients CNM Estates.
Long Island Lofts Acton

We were awarded a contract for the majority of the refurbishment, conversion and part new build of an old office block into 38 bespoke Apartments in Central Acton.
Our remit was to turn the art deco offices into stunning loft-style apartments, offering unique living spaces with authentic character and style.
